When a man's heart is sorrowful, he weeps; when his heart is joyful, he rejoices. Whatever spirit is upon a man, its works are manifested in and through him.
If sorrowful, weep before the LORD; if joyful, rejoice before the LORD.
It takes sorrow to know joy, as it takes war to know peace. But if you are in Christ, you have peace and joy already. Give joy and peace to one another and let them flow like a current.
